Castelli Return Policy?

At Castelli Cycling, the return policy is as follows:

New and unused gear can be returned within 30 days for a refund.
A $6.99 return shipping fee is deducted from the total refund amount.
The shipping fee from the initial order will not be refunded when returning an item.
Products must be returned unworn and unwashed in their original packaging with all manufacturing tags intact.
Returns are processed within 5 business days after arrival at the warehouse.
A credit from IN FUGA LLC will appear on the statement within 10 business days after the return has been processed.
If a product ordered during a sale period does not meet the customer’s preference regarding fit or appearance, a new order for the same model will be discounted within 14 days of the original purchase.
A one-time price adjustment will be applied to any products purchased within 7 days prior to the start a sale period.
All orders placed using the Castelli Custom Solo Configurator are custom, made-to-order products and therefore not eligible for refunds or returns.
All sales are final for custom products.
